Readers,
On Friday last week I continued my editing of my 2 minute opening of my film by cutting and rearranging the different clips so that it looked like my 'rough' story. This is just my initial thoughts and designs of what the cinematography will be like in the finished product.
This Friday I will be continuing with the editing and hopefully finishing a scene or two.

Editing update 18th Jan
Readers,
Yesterday I started to edit the opening of my film by collecting, arranging and trimming all the footage I have taken last term. I will be progressing with this throughout the weeks ahead with also composing or arranging my music and making my own graphics. I am going to finish this at the end of the term which is quite a short space of time.
I will add some screenshots of me editing my film on Final Cut Express.
Please COMMENT! Thank you!!

Who might produce, distribute and exhibit my film? 13th Jan
Readers,
My task today is to research which production company might want to produce, distribute and exhibit my film (theoretically).
My first initial thoughts were Working Title. The reason for this is because 1) they are an English production company 2) they are a large company and 3) they have ties with a wide range of multimedia contacts.
Background research on Working Title (WT): WT were set up by two people (Tim Bevan and Sarah Radclyffe) in 1983. This company produces films and TV production. WT was taken over by Universal studios in 1999 but the company WT can still trade in its own name while having its headquarters in London. 2nd August 2004 Universal studios were taken over by Vivendi a French company that owns many other multimedia companies. As with WT, Universal can still trade in their name but are attached to Vivendi. The film side of Vivendi is called Vivendi Universal, this also includes WT.
